EVENT IDENTITY AND NAMING 
CONCEPT
The President and CEO of International Marketing at Paramount wanted to start a series promoting gender equity at work. This series involves ongoing discussions among our leaders, connecting with up-and-coming talents and sharing career insights.
We named the series, designed the logo, and created its identity, making it a global initiative at Paramount. The main idea was to have a positive impact, using lively colors and bold shapes following Paramount's color and font guidelines. 
To ensure the design worked well across web, video, print, and environmental, we came up with a set of playful icons and colors building blocks that could be used anywhere. ​​​​​​​
